“Well fix it Scotty, I need those emails out, yesterday!!”
For all of you that have emailed us in the past 2 weeks we have responded but apparently our outbox is being denied the right to send emails. We have expedited the issue with our service provider to get these out.
So, if you have an issue currently pending, we are not ignoring you, we have replied and in most cases cleared up the issue by sending out replacement bits etc. We apologize for you not seeing the response yet, but you will, and in some cases you will see the solution before you see the email trail.
We are hoping this is cleared up today, March 10th. We will advise when this is complete.

Okay, we have it figured out now. There is going to be a few of you that receive multiple emails with us asking for something, please disregard unless I forgot to ask for something the first time!
