No, I don't like it. It looks too much like a recent spate of computer games on the Roman Empire. I would go with some artwork that gives the sense of the "Repubic". This artwork suggests the "Imperial" period which this game is not about. I thing a 'Senatorial' kind of artwork would be much better. I can't impress on the company this idea enough. Many people (non-gamers) often make their initial impression and final decision on box cover art work.
