We are always trying to find ways to help support the community of board games, Board Game Geek is an excellent example of people that do that.
You can tell that people really want to make sure this stays alive as the amount of patrons you see grows every day each year.
We are going to donate a copy of Titan, a copy of Supernova and a copy of Hannibal, all signed by their respective designers. We are also going to donate one copy of Republic of Rome that we flew over in advance of the main shipment.
We will hold a silent auction for these games at our booth during the show next week in Dallas. We will have ballots that you can place your bids on and we will close the bidding at 6:00 pm Saturday night.
ALL PROCEEDS WILL BE DONATED TO BGG.COM! So not only do you get a cool game, you are doing a good deed at the same time, look at you!
Please come by the booth for more information.
Regards,
Torben
One of the greatest military commanders and tacticians in history descends on the Roman Empire once again. Do you face him as Rome and try to ward the invasion that comes from the North, or do you climb atop your war elephant and show Rome you will take that which they hold most dear: their territory.
Designed with all new artwork from Kurt Miller this is a reprint of the very popular Avalon-Hill version from 1996. The game uses the popular card system, which first appeared in Avalon Hill’s We the People, to recount the Second Punic War from 218 to 203 B.C. Players use strategic-level cards for multiple purposes: moving generals, levying new troops, reinforcing existing armies, gaining political control of the provinces involved in the war, and generating historical events. When two armies meet on the battlefield, a second set of cards, called Battle Cards, are used to determine the winner. Ultimately both players seek victory by dominating both fronts: military and political.
This is a 2-player game with a playing time of approximately 150 minutes.

These are our heavier wargame titles, these may or may not be new designs. Currently we have 2 games under this category in Hannibal: Rome vs Carthage and Republic of Rome.

Accessories
These are things that supplement a game title, and they may not necessarily be for a Valley Game. We sometimes get the opportunity to work with other publishers out there and come up with ideas for things that make games better. It’s a win for you as the idea is to get you the best quality bits for your games.
